Forklift Truck Experienced Operator
Our experienced operator forklift training course is designed for operators who have been driving forklifts in the workplace but do not yet hold formal certification, or whose certification has lapsed. The course provides a recognised assessment and certification pathway without requiring a full novice programme, acknowledging the practical skills already developed on the job.
Training covers a review of safe operating procedures, load handling, pre-use inspection and site safety, followed by a formal practical and theoretical assessment. Any gaps in knowledge or technique are identified and addressed during the course, ensuring every operator leaves with both the competence and the documentation they need.
Training is delivered on-site at your premises using your own forklift truck, so operators are assessed in the environment they know. This makes the process as efficient as possible while ensuring the assessment is directly relevant to their role.
On successful completion, operators receive recognised certification aligned with CPCS and NPORS standards, giving employers documented proof of operator competence for insurance, audit and compliance purposes.
